Jeffery P. McLane, Esq. is a sole practitioner in Philadelphia, Pa. dedicated to representing clients in Federal proceedings throughout the United States. The United States Department of Justice certified Mr. McLane as a legal advisor and chief division counsel of the Federal Bureau of Investigation in 1989. In this position, Mr. McLane rendered agency legal opinions on employment matters as well as other legal topics. Mr. McLane served as a manager for part of his 24 year Federal career so he brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to Whistleblower, EEO, disability and other sensitive matters.
